Room 5 - CO2 Cars

These cars are made out of balsa wood.  I can't wait until we race them.  Who will be the fastest?

A huge thank you to Marty Dean who is come back for a second year as a helper.  We couldn't do it with out you.

FIRST - learning to use the tools safely.  The Carrot Car Challenge.  Can you make a car out of one carrot and two kebab sticks?  The car must have all four wheels that turn on axles to run successfully down a ramp.

Fastest car with a speed of 64.3 km was Bella and Georgia.
Their car clocked nearly 7 km faster than last years winner!!

The winner of Best Looking Car was Finn Aitken.  A great shaped car, with a super fast paint job.
